Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase; in an event that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, you have the option to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price as well.

Steps: Email customer service at [email protected] obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both returns and the shipment of exchanged items.

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  • Mail the return to the provided address.
